We had a booth setup at MediaFest 2022 in DC today. We signed up a month ago, said who we were, our Events Coordinator was in touch with them consistently. We were asked to take the booth down and leave. At first they said we didn't pay. We did. We showed proof of payment. They said we do not abide by the Society of Professional Journalists code of ethics but couldn't give any example... Many of our journalists are MEMBERS! Wow. Just Wow. #projectveritas
