We’re going the religious exemption route. There is a form we have to fill out. We don’t know how to answer “please indicate religious organization".

Unfortunately the “organized religion” we belong to has caved and given in. Our personal belief overrides a man in a robe when it comes to personal health. Any suggestions on what to put in there?
